I'm against it. After the turn timer, I often don't pay attention to the hero's level... I often change the starting hero to another, so I don't consider it... I often step away from the computer during the red player's turn when I'm playing as blue... I'm against any sanctions for this maneuver because it's just too much effort to argue and prove anything in case of a dispute (although I haven't consciously used it even once).
