In my opinion, their dresses are not modest; it seems the developers took Vestal priestesses as a basis, who served in the Temple of the goddess Vesta in Ancient Rome. They wore tight dresses with an open neckline. So, there's nothing wrong with that. And I don't see anything vulgar in the Vestals; I think they mean Vestals, not nuns. And here, such an important factor plays a role as various ways to increase people's interest in the game and attract new fans to generate more profit...
