Indeed, because the pikeman and swordsman were together in 4 parts of the series, and they looked good, so... LET THERE BE SWORDSMEN!!!

Well, previously there was a 7-level system, and now there are 3, that's the first thing, and secondly, if griffins and daughters of light are in the elite (how to compare them with guardians and arbalests), then there won't be a swordsman on the same level as the guardians (although maybe the daughters, by analogy with ghosts, will be on the same level), but I don't think the developers will introduce a fighter similar to the guardian into the game (this is not an RTS, it's a turn-based game). I would be glad to see paladins from parts 1 and 2, but I don't think they will introduce swordsmen (I liked them in parts 5 and 4), although maybe I'm wrong...
