During the third multi-stage tournament, I realized that most players only want to participate when they have a chance to win, i.e., at the beginning. The idea behind the "Knights of Honor" tournament was to play through all 9 castles, in three rounds of 3 tasks each. Experience shows that very few will complete all the tasks! :(
Therefore, I suggest making "Knights of Honor" not just one tournament, but a series of tournaments, with a winner determined at each stage, and the overall winner at the end of the year. Moreover, the final standings could be based on only a certain number of the best results. For example, 5 or 6 out of 9. Then, not only those who complete all the tasks will be able to compete for victory in the Tournament, but also those who complete most of them! The competition will become fiercer!
A good idea is to COMPETE both in the standings of a single round (tournament) and in the standings of all series (one large tournament)!
Based on this, everyone will play and set themselves up for the victory they want to achieve.
If we consider having one Grand Tournament per year, which will consist of a series of tournaments, I can make the following suggestion:
1. ANNUAL "Knights of Honor" TOURNAMENT.
It will be based on the combined results of the Seasonal Tournaments.
The top 3 will take the prize places.
2. SEASONAL TOURNAMENTS
It will include a series of three tournaments.
The top 5 will be entered into the register of contenders for the main prize of the annual tournament.
3. MONTHLY TOURNAMENT
Conduct well-organized tournaments once a month.
3 weeks for the tournament itself
1 week for summarizing the results and preparing for the next one (+ it is possible to extend the round, BUT only within this week - and no more).
Sincerely,
Prorock.
