And what about Education, is it worth taking (on large and very large maps)? I can't decide (I always took it, but lately I've been wondering about Leadership).

Leadership can also be extremely useful, especially because of Rune Harmony. But I prefer Education. Firstly, the dwarf's stats often develop evenly, resulting in a character that's neither good nor bad. Education helps improve this. Sometimes Luck increases significantly, and/or Magic, but nevertheless, Education is also useful. And Magic Affinity is a great thing.
