I don't know about blindness, but I found an explosion in the Dungeon, either on the 8th or 9th try, I don't remember exactly. I started building it after the game, and I already thought it wouldn't appear there.

Firstly, you can create replays of hero movements using the Asm program. If you mean some additional replays, it's unclear what they can provide. They don't directly show whether a person used cheat information from an open map or not.
The replays that the Asm program creates are not very useful; we can only dream of full-fledged ones for now.
