They could give them huge Eagles from The Lord of the Rings. :)
And I would like to see more variety in their units, but not animals, but elven units (if they even exist).
Oh! They could give them a tank. I remember it was on one of the maps in Heroes 5. It would be fun to see an elf on a tank:D (It's nonsense, of course, but don't kick me too hard).
Instead of a regular ship, they could give them a submarine (which could only be seen by heroes with a well-developed scouting skill).
