Sacred Haven of Debauchery

It’s strange that charisma doesn’t drop below 15, and wisdom doesn’t drop below 12, although the latter is much more important. Okay, for paladins and bards, but why do druids need charisma? I don’t remember any animal skills there. In general, there are no skills there; they are granted passively somehow.
