The artwork definitely features female characters. There will be no alternative upgrades [for now], especially considering how a succubus would evolve into an incubus. No one will want to breed identical (almost) units either. So, where will the incubus come from then?

The horns don't ruin the appearance of the demonesses :). They are, after all, demonesses, not ordinary girls. So, the horns are perfectly appropriate :).

I also want imps to throw fireballs :o. And the issue with magi will also be resolved immediately :). As for succubi, I agree, they could be like twilight witches - wielding whips but shooting arrows. Although, considering that many things in "Heroes VI" are copied from King's Bounty (and it used to be the other way around :rolleyes:), this is not a certainty ;).
