Cheats Codes

I've been playing Heroes since '96, but I've never been into obsessively completing XL-sized maps on the highest difficulty level. I don't even acknowledge difficulties higher than Hard. Beyond that, the computer starts cheating, and you end up playing just to prove to yourself how awesome you are as a gamer.

When playing Campaigns, I always use cheats :D Except maybe I completed Restoration of Erathia without cheats. And Chronicles of the Heroes – there you can choose the difficulty level. I just don't have the nerves to replay an L-sized map ten times, especially one with a dozen enemy towns :mad: When the computer gets a luck and morale bonus every turn, while yours somehow stays hidden. When it gets Chain Lightning, and you get Water Walking on a map without a single body of water. I play to relax, not to go gray prematurely :o

That's when cheats or cracks come into play.
