Even a dragon is a dragon, even in Africa, though it might be a weakened one. You could use these "tamed" bosses to bolster your heroes, showing off how strong you are by taming a dragon, and it will give them stat bonuses. Or, let it live in your army, but that will reduce its qualities by 30-50%.
