Why is it considered idiotic? It's actually not that bad. If they had kept the dragons as champions in the races, I would have liked to see riders for them as well.

Riding dragons is still a decent idea – a very good idea for a neutral unit. It's a shame that moving them to the boss category results in losing many ideas for new units. And Morning was talking about ent riders! So, an elf would be sitting in the crown of a living tree? I understand that you said it as a joke, but some people are taking it too seriously. And the idea itself is just absurd. Ents are already quite capable units, and they don't need a rider any more than a dryad needs a tail!

Don't stray from the topic. We weren't talking about how good or bad these games are; "off-topic" was used in the sense of "not relevant." We were talking about your assumptions, which were "not entirely without merit."

I was indeed wrong in this matter, but why don't you like the idea of deer riders? An alternative would be pegasi. And the word "off-topic" in the sense of "irrelevant" also cannot be used.
