Technical issues with Heroes III.

NEED HELP! We're playing Heroes 3.58 with friends over Hamachi, but during battles, it always shows that the opponent is taking their turn, even when it's my turn, and vice versa for my friend. We've reinstalled different versions of Heroes and tried using different computers. Please advise on what to do!
