Did the graphics of Heroes 3 not deter you from wanting to play?

In my opinion, asking "Didn't the graphics of Heroes 3 deter you from wanting to play?", is the same as asking "Didn't the graphics of chess deter you from wanting to play?". If the graphics of Heroes deter you, then you clearly shouldn't play strategy games.
