Hydras, minotaurs, and Black Dragons as neutral creatures, the rest will be Dark Elves, and they won't be present until the add-on. One option for where to put the hydras is to give them to the Nagas. Dark Elves won't be the 5th race because the developers promised a completely new race, one not found in the Heroes universe, and Laboule from AG has already confirmed this:cool:

Hydras and minotaurs can be managed; it's better to introduce them later with an add-on. However, Black Dragons definitely need a place in the game, either as a race or at least as neutral creatures.

Nagas are unlikely, as they are introducing a completely new race, and Nagas have already appeared (albeit not as a race). Perhaps the Faceless Ones, but there are still many other interesting options. I hope the developers don't disappoint us, at least in this regard.
