Well, it seems that Mages had an Arabic style, not an Egyptian one. How can a Sphinx resemble a dragon? A dragon is, in any case, more majestic (even a skeletal one :). But I still think that the spiderling will be the champion; someone even posted information from a closed forum on the community that the spiderling will be the champion.

I see the Sphinx as a flying, half-lion, half-human creature that was turned into stone, and necromancers infused a soul into it
