Please help me figure this out:
- Laptop: Acer Extensa 5620
- Operating System: Win7
- RAM: 2 GB
- KIS 9.0.0.736
- Heroes of Might and Magic® IV The Gathering Storm™, licensed version.
Windows 7 has been running without problems for 9 months.
The installation process goes smoothly.
It displays an error message when launching: "unable to install driver"
And then nothing... it's as if it didn't even launch. :confused:
