Chaos is not "manic smiles."

Chaos is unpredictability; madness fits well with it (not just any kind, of course), and the fifth-tier lords perfectly embodied it. But these ones resemble ordinary animals, a kind of intermediate stage between the Juggernaut (also quite beastly) and Cerberus. In other words, they are another boring and banal creature, possibly borrowed from the DMC series (somewhat reminiscent of one of the bosses from the fourth part).
