I translated it from Macmillan, and that dictionary is one of the best in the world, and it says that both "Spectrum" and "Ghost" translate to "приведение" in Russian.

I wouldn't say that HoMM5 was translated so carelessly. I didn't notice any inconsistencies. The only thing that disappointed me was the very quiet voice acting. But I think that the company will try harder with HoMM6. As long as they entrust the localization to a normal, serious company.

So, let's summarize. Six units are known: sphinx, skeleton, spider, ghoul, vampire, wraith. Let's bet on the seventh :).
