Template Balance

By the way, I honestly still don't understand why play on a template like that (e.g., SMKA) after which I often see people arguing, saying that my Dragon Utopia loot was bad and yours was good, and that's why you won! In my opinion, it's more fun and kinder to remove Dragon Utopias from the template, like in Balance, and not have to deal with that headache.
By the way, does anyone know how Balance differs from Balance_PC2? I just came across it on a Polish site
