Champions, which in the Russian version of Heroes of Might and Magic V were called "Knights of Isabel," Black Bear Riders, which became "Bear Lords," Quasi, which became "Little Devils," Black Riders, which became "Nimble Riders," and many other examples.

But a new backstory was created for each of these units, so the names fit in quite well. I didn't know this before you mentioned it :o. Quasi is some kind of Anglicism. That's why it was replaced with a perfectly Russian "little devil."

I've corrected it. Why are you so categorical? And I'm sure that calling it "banshee" wouldn't be accurate. Based on the examples above, it would be more like "restless spirits."
