You're the short one. Even the dumbest red-skinned creature has more brains than all elves combined.

That's because their heads are like pumpkins (dwarves in Heroes of Might and Magic V), perfect for demons to hide their evil plans. And if heroes of the Castle faction are dwarves (it's believable that humans and elves are heroes), how do you explain their height? Or do they eat something to grow taller when they transform into demons?
