So, there might not be any options as to what this electric being could be :(

It's not an angel. Although... Remember the angel's death animation from "Heroes of Might and Magic V"? The one where it flies up to the sky as a swirling mass? Maybe the picture shows a dying angel? Or maybe it's actually a light priestess - not a human, but light itself? Although that's unlikely. There's also another option: they just added a swirling mass to the picture, or it's some kind of spell. In short, there are many possibilities. Let's use our imagination :)?
