1. It's not certain that Dungeon will be included. 2. I would remove Dark Elves altogether, as they are the worst race in the entire Heroes series. Dwarves are also weak, although I generally like them. 3. The presence of Dark Elves in the game doesn't make Fury better than Harpies. Although Harpies have always annoyed me (both in appearance and as a unit, especially in Heroes 3). But it's better to have Harpies in the game than Fury.
