I confirm! A stupid mistake cost me the entire game. In the main battle, on tactics, I didn't notice that I had the first turn because of native terrain and greased eyes. Instead of moving forward on tactics with the Troglodytes, casting Mass Slow, and escaping with the elves, I surrounded the eyes and started a shootout with KC 1.
