Come on. This isn't math, where everything has to be precise. It's a philosophical question. Some people are fine with upgrading Pit Fiends and Cows, but I'm not.

It's not about accuracy, but about the very essence of the concept of balance – it's defined not by a specific individual, but by the community. It's clear that there won't be a balance for each individual person simply because tastes and playstyles differ, so there will be favorite and disliked factions. However, with a certain group of players, one can judge whether there is balance or not. That is, a sign of balance can be the diversity of opinions regarding the strength of factions, and a sign of imbalance – a formed hierarchy of factions.

Specifically regarding Bulls – do you upgrade them often? I practically don't build them, except in desperation, if I don't have enough money for Hydras. Therefore, I don't see anything wrong with upgrading them quickly – it balances things out.

The Pit Fiends have already been discussed, and arguments from both sides have been made. Which, as follows from the 1st paragraph, is a sign of balance.
