Are you also complaining about a player who won cleanly and then used the freed-up Isra for several days to gather resources without engaging in battles?

I'm all for it! Because I will be counting the days of Isra's existence, and why should my opponent have to think about other things?
Personally, I wouldn't demand a tech loss in such cases, but I would understand if the judge awarded me the loss.
