Here's what I'm thinking... Why didn't the informant show up? They were watching over Ney, not just spying on him. Meaning, there's no mention of him in the newspaper. And based on the notes, he wasn't planning to go to Neyra. So, who killed him, since everyone else showed up later? :confused:

If the Register is the culprit, where's the evidence linking him to the other murders?...
