It's time for you guys to release some fixes.

They treated you harshly, but why get upset if these are the Rules? Either you play by them, or you discuss changes with your Opponent in advance.

In general, since it's always possible to track whether Izra and Vidomina were recruited with Expert Necromancy or not (based on their Experience points), it would be reasonable to include in the Rules the possibility of Izra and Vidomina being present with Expert Necromancy, provided they do not participate in battles (or participate, but all or part of the Skeletons are dismissed).
