Let's organize a tournament.

As I understand it, Immortal will handle the organization and judging? (that's good, KillAndAction could be a co-organizer). 8 minutes is a time limit that has proven effective, and I personally don't see any reason to change it. I suggest we express our opinions more quickly and start the tournament while the enthusiasm is still there; maybe we can even finish it by New Year's.
