Nagan-4
Auto-translated
The tournament dates have been set — from November 26 to 28 (Friday - Saturday). It is entirely possible to play 4 rounds over three days. Swiss system.
Regarding the rules — SoD and Tournaments. There are no questions about SoD; as for Tournaments, I lean towards the rules used by the Siberians, which are quite well-thought-out. It is possible that one, perhaps two templates will be changed.
