HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

I don't like the new screenshot of the mod. It's better to leave everything as it is, just remove the one-way movement buttons (I really never use them), and assign the exchange function to a quick key. Then it will be even better, although it's already great.
