I am guilty :) I couldn't resist and looked at the post despite being on ignore (as an exception). I will answer: organizers can control many things, but with great difficulty. For example, map hacks and save file tampering. But it may happen that cheating is accidentally revealed, for example, in the case of a fake report (even easier than with map hacks), and then such a person will be kicked out of the tournament, and the organizers will prevent them from participating in future tournaments, and there will be some damage to their reputation.
1) the players communicated on ICQ and know each other by their nicknames;
2) they simultaneously logged into the same network in Hamachi (or its equivalent);
3) one created a game, and the other joined;
4) 1 player honestly chose all the rests and lost, or waited for the time when a rest was no longer possible and lost - please indicate the correct one.
In terms of gameplay value, the options are practically identical; the difference in time spent may be several hours.
