Right at the beginning of the game, slightly east of the town of New Sorpigal, there is a sword in the stone. The next sword is located on an islet just north of Castle Ironfist. This list could go on for quite some time. To retrieve the swords, a character will need a certain Strength level: usually, the more powerful the weapon, the greater the effort the hero must exert to successfully extract the specimen. For example, to pull the magnificent Excalibur from the stone near Castle Alamos, a warrior must possess at least 200 (!) units of Strength. Now, the secret is that the game does not distinguish whether it is natural strength or strength temporarily increased by magic. For this purpose, the Power spell works perfectly.
Similarly, if you are lacking parameter points (for example, Spirit) to obtain a Master-level skill, use a spell that increases parameters ;)
