Kill a monster (e.g., a hydra), save the game, and loot the creature to find an item. After reloading the game, you'll easily notice that the item dropped from the same corpse will be completely different.
If you really want to and spend about ten minutes, there's a chance to find something truly worthwhile.
You can do the same with the "Enchant Item" spell.
