Favorites, to battle! - 3

Pit for LM - what is the point of all this hassle? There is a regulation that clearly defines everything. For example, what if I get a strong opponent with Inferno or Barbarian, and based on the tournament's interests, I want to play Schism of Darkness (SoD)? According to the regulations, I have that right, and my opponent with, say, Rampart, also has the full right to demand SoD in a game against Grove. All of this is a legitimate right for players to decide what is best for the situation; why are there these strange things with polls? Those who only want to play War of the Throne (WtT) shouldn't sign up for a tournament where SoD is the default. IMHO. P.S. PMs are still valid, but nevertheless...
