On the first [map/turn] after the battle with the native AI (Barbarian), I was left with 3 wood-elves. On 122, using a scout with Barbarian growth (+ starting army of a barbarian hero, I think), I push into the dwarf town in groups of 15; the dwarves have insane morale, and I came out with a dozen goblins.
On 125 Kirry kills the purple player and takes the second Barbarian secondary town, on 126 - the pink player's Inferno. In both Barbarian castles, the big units are in the citadel. But on 127, the pink player kills a hired behemoth (he turned out to have 4 efreets  I didn't think the AI could build them on the first [map/turn]) and takes back one Barbarian castle. I only took it back on 132; of course, the AI bought back the behemoth+ruks.
As a result, the army is nonexistent; I gathered everything available (red dragon from an external dwelling, behemoth+ruks, several uniques). BD -2, and due to terrible anti-morale on the crowd of wood-elves, I lose the behemoth and 3 ruks.
On 136 I see the opponent moving behind a horde of flies; the tavern shows that the army is with the scout. I rush over and attack Yoga with my entire army near the Dragon Utopia. But the amount of meat is too uneven, and anti-morale keeps triggering... after losing a dozen wyverns, I pay to retreat.
The scout picks up a "misfortune" scroll - someone is clearly mocking me, but I decide to continue. On 137, for some reason, I take +8 wyverns and smash myself into a Barbarian castle.
On 141 I take the max-consul. On 142 the mini-utopia (+5 strength). For some reason, I tried to smash the army from the second Barbarian castle against Marusya (I should have used the scout, of course), growth was lost...
143. Utopia 3. Fought carelessly; all 3 monsters and 1 angel were eaten. They gave me КЗ, an orator's hat, +5 all. Meanwhile, the opponent is flashing a red orb :(
144. I left the army with the scout, entered the minimum utopia with ones, summoned a stack of elementals, left 1 dragon, and ran away. The scout took the central village from the opp; Kirry is bought back there, hired 1 red dragon from an external dwelling. I stood behind the mountain hoping Marius wouldn't reach me. The point of the maneuver was to take the second set of speed boots (so Marusya wouldn't get them).
The calculation failed after all; Marius pays to retreat from my scout, is bought back in Inferno, attacks with 4 angels and 3 storm-units, but doesn't finish off 1 centaur. I summon a stack of elementals, and both heroes are sent to the tavern.
On 145 I take that utopia with the scout; they give me a teapot.
The opponent's scout with demons got stuck in the middle of the field. I thought about transferring artifacts to the scout, smashing the army against AI (bugged passage to the tea-pot), passing the army along the chain and reaching those demons with another scout... I probably would have done that, and probably would have received a retreat payment from the opponent with demons, Marusya's buyback in my starting castle, and the destruction of my scout with the entire army and artifacts.
But the opponent interrupts my long reflections (we played on unlime) and leaves the game.
Thanks for the game!

I looked at the layout - Kirry could have reached the scout with demons (albeit with 8 mana remaining). Ivan had slightly more than 5K gold, meaning he wouldn't have paid to retreat with more than 40 demons. Plus a 50% chance to wipe Marusya in the tavern (she wasn't bought back either due to lack of money).
