Because it's a non-game loss. A decent player wouldn't post something like that. And a reasonable host wouldn't count it.

Let's not talk about decency. Everyone has their own idea of it. For example, I would easily give the win to the player in a fun game, but in a tournament, I would think about it.

And why shouldn't the host count such a victory? :confused: If the judge reviewed every report and approved/rejected it, it would be a disaster. The judge should count the game if there were no protests, and if there were, they should investigate.
