How does losing due to a misclick differ from a regular loss?

The difference is that it's not a loss that occurred during gameplay. A decent player wouldn't post about it. And a reasonable host wouldn't count it as a win.

Why start a new Factions game with an opponent who might post such a "win"? Why step on the same rake again? :confused:

I don't know. I don't start new games. And I don't participate in tournaments organized by people who readily accept non-gameplay wins and dismiss legitimate wins with some kind of excuse in their posts.
