Sacred Haven of Debauchery

The rewards for completing quests are sufficient to upgrade the ship so that you don't lose any crew members at the end.

But not enough to buy all the technologies. I tried, and during my first playthrough, I still couldn't acquire one of the technologies, even after completing all available missions.
