I have a few downloaded maps that fit your request. For now, I've only found two; the first one doesn't have the event timers fully implemented, but that can be easily fixed. The second map is set in Great Britain, and the story is a legend about Arthur.
Once, I downloaded a map online called "All World."
Americans - Inferno, Russians - Castle, Belarusians - Rampart, Chinese - Stronghold, and America, England, Germany, France, etc., form NATO, while Russia is with Belarus. The map is excellently created.
Later, the system crashed, and all the maps were lost, and I've been trying to find it ever since, but so far, I haven't been able to.
Maybe someone has it.
