What about choosing the starting hero/castle? Is it like in our game, or can you play with whatever you want? And if it's the latter, who chooses first?

As I understand it, the colors have already been assigned in the tournament table, with an icon on the left that is either blue or red. Accordingly, the blue player chooses first, without any restrictions; they simply choose, and you can choose the same, but you need to agree on the heroes in that case.
