The idea that specialists need to be nerfed is 100% correct. I think the following system would be optimal: instead of 25% for everyone, we set 1 health point for level 1, 2 for level 2, and so on. As a result, Mary would have a bonus of 4 health points, and Brox would have 6. This would logically nerf the two main specialists while not depriving the others. Regarding Ruska, Synke, Klansi, and Fafnir, I completely agree with Javdet – they need to be buffed. They are promising heroes, but their skills are so bad that it's painful to even look at them. I would give Logisticians a permanent bonus of 10% instead of 5%.
