I don't like this either. We're working on it...
And what's the point of getting rid of them?
For example, I really enjoy playing with Das, Galkin, Klancy, and many others... why cut them? They're great, especially with a 25% bonus. It would be better to remove or reduce the bonus of overpowered starting heroes; I hope I don't need to list them.
