Yeah, I've given you something to think about.

That is, without fulfilling the conditions in the Rules, none of the Heroes can use Scrolls higher than Tier 3 Magic (exceptions - Specialists with Tier 4 Magic, if the found Scroll matches the Magic they have "by birth," and only on "neutrals").
I didn't understand, if a scroll with the same magic is found, can the specialist only use it against neutrals, even though they could before?)

Although I'm too lazy to look for links, I remember that this question was raised in some topic about a year ago, and it seems that no one objected to what I wrote - in the sense that you can use scrolls after eating half of the Pandora's Box due to the lack of Wisdom.
But how do you know what magic was inside? Maybe there were only 1-2 tiers.
Judging by the fact that they can give you an empty Pandora's Box if you have learned all the spells, it means that the original contents of the Pandora's Box are not shown... )

If a hero does not have a sufficient level of Wisdom to learn spells from the Pandora's Box, then they can use them with the help of scrolls, but only after building the corresponding Guild. Because (let's take the principle of the library, if you have level 10, you get everything plus 2, otherwise, no way), increase your Wisdom...
I completely agree, it would be more fair.
But why doesn't the Book of Magic fall under the same definition then?
