GO FOR IT, NEWBIE!!!

Valentin, the key word for me here is "will give," because they didn't give it in the Pandoric of Magic (due to the lack of Wisdom).
That is, I would consider it a violation of the Rules by the Player if he opens an Empty Pandoric (let him think that there was a 4th or 5th Level), and then, with a supposedly "clear conscience," casts the Armageddon or Explosion Scroll that he has in his Backpack... without fulfilling the requirements of the Rules.

By the way, I have often encountered situations where I open a Pandoric with an Expert in Wisdom, and it is empty. Someone might think that there was Magic and will use Scrolls, but there might not be Magic there initially.
