And according to the rules, one of the conditions PERMITTING the use of magic against an opponent by spellcasters of levels 3-4 and the use of scrolls by all heroes is obtaining Pandora's Box with the corresponding magic, even if the hero does not have enough Wisdom to learn it. I highlighted it in red specifically.
Valentin, the key word for me here is "will give," because they didn't give magic in Pandora's Box (due to a lack of Wisdom).
That is, I would consider it a violation of the rules by the player if he opens an Empty Pandora's Box (let him think that there was a 4th or 5th level spell), and then, with a supposedly "clear conscience," casts a Scroll of Armageddon or Explosion from his backpack... without fulfilling the requirements of the rules.
By the way, I have often encountered situations where I open Pandora's Box with an Expert in Wisdom, and it is empty. Someone might think that there was magic in it and will use scrolls, but there might not be any magic there initially.
