In PvP, "Chi" represents whole units of rage (actually "Qi," but everyone insists on calling it "Chi"). There are a maximum of three, needed to activate certain skills, as well as for using "flashes" (1, 2, or 3 Chi). Flashes, usually costing 3 Chi, are typically used when an individual is completely unskilled (a noob, clumsy, etc. – whatever term you prefer), but can also be used to greatly satisfy oneself through "noob-bashing." They are rarely used in tactical maneuvers, sometimes for better damage in PvE.
