I think it's clear that Ar is not a DGD (Double-Dealing Gangster). There's no evidence of healing, otherwise he would have been eliminated long ago.
Regarding Sunny – being a guard is highly debatable. Mold could have been a guard.

Generally, yes, it's quite possible that Arandor and Medjerson are in the same group... At first, Medjerson thought they were going to execute a DGD, but not him, so he wrote this message, hoping to somehow divert the vote away from Arandor, but since they started voting against him, choosing between a DGD with a 25% chance of being killed and him with a 100% chance, the cylinders would obviously prefer to execute Arandor rather than Medjerson... Ideally, for the cylinders, neither Arandor nor Medjerson would be executed, but if they have to choose between them, they would definitely prefer that Medjerson not be executed, rather than Arandor...
