Also, in my personal opinion, your rules are quite normal with the exception of the rule to play with 130%, because it can lead to matches in the first week.

I want to clarify: the Polish website is highly automated; there's no option like "please register me." You have to log in and register yourself on the list of participants. So, read their website carefully.
